Cheyenne to Kansas City

A long boring drive to KC. Norm says the steering wheel hasn't moved one degree. Cruise control set at 72 ...(Speed Limit is 80). We saw farms, cattle,  a feed lot, one live deer (six dead deer) , and lots of green grass. Trees were limited. Also lots of big trucks. 92 degrees. But we are making headway.

Today is Norm's 71st Birthday!
We were sorry to leave Jackson Hole. We love it there. On our way out of town we stopped at the Wildlife Art Museum. They have new sculptures, including big Chinese Zodiac heads. The photos didn't come out good because of the sun. The drive to Cheyenne  was mountains at first and then flat open country. We saw the Snake River and the white water rafters. We saw a herd of antelope too. We camped and went into Cheyenne for a Margarita and a Mexican Birthday dinner.
The next day we stayed in Cheyenne for a rest day.  I took the dogs to the dog park while  Norm got the tires rotated and oil changed. We did some shopping downtown. Arists have decorated large Cowboy Boots the way other cities have done Rabbits or Cows. Then we  went to dinner and back to the campground. Not the most exciting Birthday for Norm...but we called our dinner at the Seattle Space needle as his Birthday.
